Premium is $99 per active well per month and covers every producing well you operate — it scales with your portfolio, not a flat enterprise fee.
No trial games, cancel anytime
No countdown trials. Move wells on and off Premium as you need. Reports you've already generated keep their sharing settings.
Billing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes — a card on file at signup acts as a seriousness filter and keeps the directory clean. The Free plan isn't charged; you only pay when you put wells on Premium.
What counts as an "active well"?
Every producing well you operate. Premium covers all of them — there's nothing to select. Shut-in and archived wells aren't active and don't count toward your bill.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a card expires or a payment fails, Premium access is paused until it's resolved. Your data stays intact — you can export anytime.
Can I move wells between Free and Premium?
Yes. Put wells on Premium when you want full diagnoses and shareable reports, and move them back anytime. Note that a report's redaction state is locked when it's generated.
