Service providers
Providers don’t buy Wellsite. They’re invited.
The operator runs the wells. The provider joins the work, free.
Pumpers, haulers, repair companies, chemical providers, electricians, roustabouts, well-service companies, and other providers do not pay Wellsite to participate in operator-authorized work.
Provider accounts are invitation only. There is no self sign-up. An operator invites you into their work, and your access is scoped to the wells and projects they authorized — for the length of a job, or standing, if you work for them regularly.
That cuts both ways, and it’s the point: an operator’s data is only ever seen by the providers that operator brought in.

What is free?
Running your operation. Service providers never buy anything and are never charged. A provider gets into Wellsite only when an operator invites them into specific work.
What costs $99 a well?
The AI agent team. It is one switch for your organization: once it is on, every well on Wellsite is $99 per month and every Wellsite AI agent works it — Production Engineer, Operations Manager, Regulatory & Compliance, Production Accounting, and Business Development.

Which wells are billed?
Every well on Wellsite. A well on Wellsite is an active well — there is no reason to keep a plugged one on the platform — so the bill is simply the well count. A well joins the bill the day it is added, and removing a well is the only way the bill goes down.
Are any agents sold separately?
No. Agents are not priced individually and there are no agent tiers. The team is one price — $99 per well, per month — and all five agents work every well you have on Wellsite.
Why is it priced per well and not per user?
The well is the unit of work, so it’s the unit of price. Every well gets the same agent team whether one person logs in or twenty.
Add your whole team, your pumpers, and the service companies performing the work without changing what you pay. You’re not buying seats — you’re buying operating capacity.
What does $99 a well have to earn back?
$1,188 a well a year — about 14 barrels at $85 WTI, or roughly a quarter of one percent of what a 15 bbl/d well produces.

Does the price go down if I have a lot of wells?
No. The rate is the same on well one and well one thousand.
Every well gets the same agent team doing the same work, so every well costs the same. Operators with enterprise identity, security, and integration requirements move to the Enterprise plan — that’s a difference in what you need, not in how many wells you have.
Where does Wellsite work?
Anywhere. Any oil and gas operator anywhere in the world can run its wells on Wellsite and put the agent team on them. Public production history syncs from the Wellsite data cloud where it covers the well’s jurisdiction; everything else works everywhere.
Is there a contract?
No. The agent team has no contract and can be canceled anytime from your billing screen. Your wells and everything you run on Wellsite stay exactly as they are.
Do you offer an Enterprise plan?
Yes. The Enterprise plan is for operators that need capabilities such as SSO, SCIM provisioning, advanced access administration, enterprise audit controls, custom integrations, API access, implementation support, priority support, and custom governance requirements.

Do service providers pay?
No. Service providers do not pay for listing, discovery, matching, leads, or work.
How does a service provider join?
By invitation from an operator. Provider accounts cannot be created by signing up — an operator invites the company or person into their work, and that invitation is what creates the account.
Access is scoped to the wells and projects the operator authorized, and it lasts either for the job or for as long as the operator keeps it open.
