You sign up, claim your operator, and Wellsite pulls your production history from state regulatory filings. The AI starts watching your wells the moment your data lands. When something looks off, you get a diagnosis and a plan you can send to your service provider. No setup project. No data migration. No CSV uploads.

1. Find your operator

Wellsite is pre-loaded with every operator registered with the Texas Railroad Commission. Search by name or operator number, claim yours, and you're in. The first user becomes admin.
If your team is already on Wellsite, you'll see them in the directory — request to join instead.
What you'll see: the operator directory, your TRRC P-5 record auto-populated, and a one-click claim. Two minutes.

2. We import your history

The moment you claim your operator, Wellsite pulls 36 months of production history from state regulatory filings — every well, every month, automatically. The decline curves are already drawn. The expected production for each well is already calculated.
You don't upload anything. You don't reconcile anything. The data is yours, already there.
What you'll see: every well on your TRRC P-5 record, with production charts going back three years and the import boundary clearly marked. From here, log recent production to fill the gap between the last state filing and today.

3. Pick your wells

Not every well on your P-5 is worth monitoring. Shut-ins, P&A'd wells, stripper wells producing 2 BOPD — you decide what Wellsite watches.
Check the wells worth the AI's attention. Skip the rest. You pay per well, only for the wells you monitor.
What you'll see: the full list of wells from your operator record with status (Active, Shut-in, P&A) and a checkbox for each. Change your selection anytime.

4. Wellsite watches every curve

Once your wells are selected, Wellsite's AI runs in the background. It compares each well to its expected decline curve. It cross-references tubing pressure, water cut, and similar wells in your field. It looks at every production log within minutes of you entering it.
You don't trigger the AI. You don't ask it questions. It's already running.
What you'll see: an "AI watching this well" panel on every well detail page. Most of the time it shows a green check — nothing to worry about. When the AI catches something, you'll know.

5. Get a Wellsite Report

When the AI spots abnormal decline, it generates a Wellsite Report — what's going wrong, what's likely causing it, what to do about it, and what it's going to cost if you don't.
Every report includes severity, confidence, the dollar value at risk, the deferred production per month, and the recommended action with cost and timeline. The data behind it is cited inline.
What you'll see: the report lives in your Reports inbox and on the well's detail page. Critical findings get pulled to the top of your home dashboard.

6. Share with your service provider

Click Share. Wellsite generates a secure link your service provider can open — no account, no login. They see the diagnosis, the data behind it, and what you're asking them to do.
The work happens faster. You recover production you would have lost.
What you'll see: a shareable link with view tracking, an optional expiration date, and a note you can attach. The recipient sees a clean, focused diagnostic report — your name, your operator, your data, on a page they can forward to anyone on the job.
